Pet Portals is a service we provide free of charge to all clients with an active email address. A Pet Portal allows you to access your pet’s records at any time. You can use your Pet Portal to manage your pet’s health care and medication needs, communicate with us online, and learn more about your pet’s individual health and life-stage issues. You can also request an appointment or prescription refill through your pet portal.
You can get your Pet Portal several ways: click on the icon, or visit or call our hospital and give us your email address. Once you have provided us with your email address you will receive your password by email.
We use your email address as your Pet Portal sign in name. You will also receive your pet’s service reminders (vaccinations, exams, etc) by email. You can use your Pet Portal to change your email preferences if you prefer not to receive emails from us.
You view your Pet Portal by visiting our website and clicking on the Pet Portal icon. Use your email address and password to sign in. You must have “cookies” turned on in your browser in order to sign in.
